How it all started…
The founder of Monarch, Eugene Park, was formerly at the helm of tikkle Scientific, a Toronto-based science consulting company with 30+ years of collective experience. Tikkle Scientific excelled in healthcare and scientific research, providing turn-key solutions by leveraging a network of seasoned professionals. Eugene's background in scientific consulting now shapes Monarch's commitment to delivering compassionate and personalized home-care services, rooted in adaptability, efficiency, and quality employees.
Monarch: A home-care journey rooted in experience and understanding
At the heart of Monarch is a deeply personal journey shaped by firsthand experiences. Drawing on a background in home-care for the elderly and palliative care within Francophone nursing homes in Toronto, Eugene brings a wealth of understanding and compassion to the foundation of Monarch.
Furthermore, having worked with community housing in Toronto for individuals living with disabilities, Eugene has an extensive perspective on diverse caregiving needs.
